Classroom Programs
Kinderclub/Senior Kindergarten
(4½ to 6 years old)
Kindergarten is a time for continuing reading and math skills already started in JK to prepare the child for first grade. We offer a full day full time equivalent to Senior Kindergarten so your child has time to re-enforce and expand on reading math and social skills as well as participate in enrichment programs such as French, music, computers, art and special field trips.
Thistleoaks kindergarten programs offer extra attention for your child with considerably lower child/teacher ratios than is currently available in the school system as well as hot nutritious meals and snacks. Your child’s day is designed to meet the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive needs of this age group.
Teacher/Child ratio in Kinderclub is 1:12.
