February is the month of love, friendship and being with families.
A reminder to all school aged parents, that Friday February 3rd is a PD day.
Many of the classrooms will be doing a special celebration in honor of Valentine's Day. I would like to remind parents that we cannot accept any food for the children due to all the allergies. If you would like to send in Valentine cards for on behalf of your child, we do welcome them! Our suggestion is to simply put your child's name on the back of the card and don't worry about personally addressing them. That way, the children themselves can give out the cards to their peers.
Monday February 20th is Family Day and the centre will be CLOSED. We hope that all of our families enjoy their special day together!
You will notice that documentation of your child's day will be moved outside of the classroom so that it is visible. We ask that all parents become familiar with where it is located and take the time to read and ask questions to the staff. Photo documentation is also important and each classroom is equipped with a digital photo frame where, at pick up, you will be able to see what has gone on throughout the day
Please remember to have full sets of clothing and appropriate outdoor attire for your child present in their cubby. With the weather becoming colder, we'd like everyone to be fully prepared to enjoy the outdoors. This may mean - hats, mittens, warms coats and yes...even boots! Please make sure to label everything to avoid, "cubby room confusion".

**Just a friendly reminder that we DO NOT ACCEPT any outside food for any occasion. Should you wish to send in something for a celebration, please come speak to the office staff for clarification as to what is allowed.
