Joining the Thistleoaks Team

Thistleoaks Childcare center is looking for passionate, growth focused, flexible, creative, and genuine individuals to join our team. We recognize that our Early Childhood Educators and Early Childhood assistants are the backbone of the quality care we offer to our clients and are investing in our educators to make a positive impact on our community every day.

Thistleoaks is a childcare centre located in downtown Oakville (Kerr and Bond St) that supports community families with care for children from 6 weeks to 6 years old.

Thistleoaks educators develop and implement programs that draw from Reggio Emilia, How Does Learning Happen, and Emergent Learning philosophies to create engaging and developmentally rich programs. Located on a sizable property with large, natural outdoor playscapes, Thistleoaks works to bring the natural world indoors and programing outdoors.
